cloud Postgres, and my export was like pg_dump -U postgres --format=plain --no-owner --no-acl dbaexpress | sed -E 's/(DROP|CREATE|COMMENT ON) EXTENSION/ --\1 EXTENSION/g' > gCloud0.sql ???
