Is there anyway to cache small tables like table_status with

a few rows, for INNER JOINing to other big tables in Postgresql?

table_status:
id: 1, label: pending;
id: 2, label: accepted;

other tables:
id: 1, ..., status: 1, ...;
id: 2, ..., status: 1, ...

I don't know what exactly u wana do but for caching Redis is good choice
