Hello.js file in my list as my instructor instructed me to do so as we don’t need that file.
But why do I still get Compiled with warnings that says
WARNING in src/Hello.js
as if the deleted file is still haunting me?

Try Ctrl+C in the terminal (Or I guess Cmd+C on macOS)
look for .eslintcache file and delete it
Once you closed the entire VScode editor, the command line to start React is just npm start rigth?
did you refresh the page manually? I have run into errors that go away when I do a manual refresh, but it took me a while to realize because I thought the auto-refresh handles it all
