can create multiple copies of that photograph and sell it as nfts.

Is this possible? Can anyone answer?

no, it depends on artist or creator if they say you can do it or not. only creator can say that, there is not a law about this, it is about common sense, if it is yours, you can use it, but if you want to sell and have money for that, it is not possible. like when you have a personal film at home, you can use it, but not sell it or earn money for that. ask permission for artist, some lets you do it.
