unknown type to a folder?
sudo mount /dev/mmcblk0p2 sdd
[sudo] password for sh:
mount: /home/sh/sdd: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/mmcblk0p2, missing codepage or helper program, or other error.
i've been using this sdcard with android 11 for a while and it was formatted as extra phone storage
there is some data inside it which i don't want to loose it
is it possible linux can read it?
Doesn't android do some weird encryption?
Linux can read it but you first need to extract the key for the sd card from android
Martin's right. Android does some weird encryption. I have an Android 11 device and I faced the same issue. I ended up using it for the device and using File Manager + to set up a simple FTP to handle the file transfer when need be. It's easier to do than it sounds.
Better to use kdeconnect, and even easier imho
kde connect is awesome
