I heard that the {petite Vue - firebase} stack is

one of the best, however I'm used to react, so my question is : can I just replace petite vue by react and have {react - firebase} or will have to add other technologies to my stack to create a full stack web app ?

it doesn't matter as long as you know how to choose the right tool for every job at hand. you can build your web app with just pure html. you can go crazy by using angular, react , and vue on frontend with a mix of firebase, nodejs, php, ruby, rust, and all worst stuff you can, still on the same app.
