Ok I have another question. how to allow everyone on

the network to access localhost sites?

If the web server decided to bind to localhost you need to change settings of web server. If it binds to 0.0.0.0 then you'll have to look into your firewall rules, e.g. iptables or iptables-legacy.

IP tables are legacy. newer one name was nftables iirc

iptables tools are still used a lot with nftables being the backend.
