Fedora or Ubuntu Which one do you prefer and why? Sorry I

know I can search in google and compare them by myself(and I did actually)
But knowing other's opinions and talking to them is something that could help me so much

I want to install one of them I know they both have gnome desktop but Ubuntu 22.04 has some (ui) bugs (for now at least) Is it the same in fedora?

Damn right. Ubuntu 22.04 is full of bugs. Ubuntu 20.04 is ok. Gnome tends to have awful bugs, which are fixed after a few months, but which can get in the way. Fedora is very stable but you might run into problems with outdated packages depending on what you want to do.
