My laptop heats up way too much on linux (pop_OS!)

in normal usage no gaming, It barely heats up in windows 11.
Battery life is also bad on linux and when I put laptop to sleep it heats like crazy.
Is there any solution for that ?

It's certainly a driver issue

So is it fixable? The oem doesn't provide any driver for linux.
