There we have proof that windows has exploit mitigation for kernel (CFG)
one of the points it raises was zeroing of uninitialized bufferes which linux malloc() done via mmap(). So don't give me bullshit. kernel zeros mmaped memory afaik
Show me where it says default y here as well https://github.com/torvalds/linux/blob/master/security/Kconfig.hardening#L191
