I didnt set any dns.express vpn automatically change dns when connecting to vpn

Is systemd-resolved service active on your machine? If so that could be the reason. resolv.conf is a symlink to your resolved config which is controlled by systemd. It is possible that your vpn client has no logic of how to change the DNS if it's in charge of systemd-resolved

no dude, btw recently i installed adguard, and tehn remove it ,it can be the cuse of this problem?

IDK, to be clear when you say VPN you do mean a L3 tunnel right? Because people on my side of the world think VPN is anything that can bypass censorship. So, if you are using a proxy. Having adGuardHome is mandatory.

Okay now why would you use commercial VPN in iran 🤔 does that even work? Use v2ray. IDK how to resolve commercial VPN issues
