You will have to boot the live medium, chroot to the installation, reinstall the kernel.

Yes, reinstalling the whole operating system will also work.
Vmlinuz file is the Linux kernel file, if not found then you will never boot. Just go live and stop wasting your time buddy

You whether chroot and fix install including kernel here or have fresh install If your files doesn't matter or have seperate home, you can do second option tho if I was, I'd rather fix.
Dude i print sudo manjaro-chroot -a But it print not found. I go to next step and im on update. Is it ok?
mount / drive Then simply manjaro-chroot [the point] No fancy thing required
