I never modified bios Maybe the secure boot would be disabled as default

If you're system came pre-installed with Windows, it's likely that SecureBoot is enabled by default.

Depends on how you installed your distro. Arch can be installed with secure boot enabled, just that setting up the signing is a tedious process.
