My system completely freezes (cursor rarely moves) while copying files.

Question

My system completely freezes (cursor rarely moves) while copying files.

It becomes normal when copy is complete but it completely freezes in the duration of copying. Anyone can give me any fix for this? Changing io scheduler didn't help

Only dolphin is using hdd at peak, no other heavy usage shows
