I wanna install another compiler and use it as default

for compilation process via CMake file. GCC 10 is already installed and I can install the package gcc49 (GCC 4.9) available on the repo. How can I set GCC 4.9 as default for that?

There's a reason. While compiling OpenCV from source it throw me a series of errors with GCC 10 and with prior versions don't do that
