Have a question. Do i need to uninstall Magisk when

installing Google security patch?
My situation is like; i replaced stock recovery with twrp (but not modified system, it's read only). And I need to install the OTA (security patch).Now, when twrp launches, it says "system is NOT modified" and I continue with read-only. In this case, can I install the OTA ?

Not related to Linux but the short answer would be "it depends". Usually I flash my new updated ROM from TWRP even in A/B systems and flash Magisk over it again. The update will remove it regardless, along with any system modifications done directly to that partition.
