Hi I want install mysql 8 on ubuntu 18.04 after i dpkg

db file and run sudo apt update i got this error:

how i can solve this problem?
without running sudo apt update i got mysql 5.7 on installing!!!!

Why do you not using main repository? sudo apt-get install mysql-server then mysql_secure_installation I think this error is for gpgkey
