How about downloading those packages (usually from debian packages website)

and install them manually using dpkg?

Well, if they need another dependencies from lower version, I think you really need to install another release of ubuntu

it’s very complicated. package name that apt provided is libpango1.0-0 but i searched in repo and find out that it is libpango-1.0-0 so WTF 😄
