Give me some software recommendations I'm looking for a free mail

server with a ReST API for managing the email server

I need the ReST API for creating users
Also I need it to support multiple domains

I already discovered about iredmail, modoboa and mail-in-a-box
iredmail is too complicated
modoboa doesn't provide the API set I need
and I can't find mail-in-a-box's documentations to gather information about it -,-

What u suggest?

> iRedMail is too complicated Try a naked mail server to find out how much it simplifies things already 😏 Anyway in that situation I should point you at https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/why-you-may-not-want-to-run-your-own-mail-server - mail servers are among if not the single most complicated type of server out there, so don't make the same mistake as I did.. they can be one hell of a soul-sucker
