logically the php file that build are like a gateway to access, drop, and reject and iptables dan i've been config on server side?

Sorry I don't understand you will (not native English), do you need a PHP code that will allow you to control "iptables"? if yes and if you have root access to that server you can use the "exec" command to solve it
