I want to choose a VPS distro for PHP/MySQL stack. Consider

that 1 is the easiest server distro to manage and 10 is the hardest. And assume Ubuntu to be 3. How much do you rate Debian?

And why would you want to do that? There's "better" options you know? * If you're planning on scaling the application pretty fast and easy. Like Docker.
