the minor ones are like easier installation , configuration and deletion of the modules instead of installing and compiling forks manually while its poorly supported due to the separation of the teams and rewriting and maintaining the same similar parts of the codebase

but essentially, you've got everything on server, fair enough there's distribution servers already.. so for every little thing the user wants to do, they pull in a module.. if not retained they have to download half an application every time they use it, and distribution servers that have to take all this network load.. sorry to break it to you but I doubt they're gonna be happy about that
