I want to set up a rasperry pi as a

web server? how can i access it remotely? which are the limits of the rasp hw? is better than an economic (3€/month) vps? i have a 4Mbps connection

I don't like the idea. It's not efficient. But some people have done it. But you are sharing your bandwidth with the raspberry pi. How much of that 4mb are you consuming?
