I'Ve my laptop connected to a WiFi network. I've an

Android phone with Termux Installed in it. So I connected both in a LAN via usb tethering via USB cable. So Android doesn't have internet but my laptop has. I SSH ed into my Termux (android)
What if I install packages from laptop (SSH session) will it install in android? This is my question. Cuz , android Is not connected with internet. Then how can that package get installed in android?

USB tethering is in Android so that you can share your 4G/mobile data (and perhaps WiFi but I've never tested it) connection from your phone via USB to another device, if you don't have a mobile data/WiFi connection the tethered devices won't have an internet link nor the phone itself
