Is anyone able to help me connect to internet on

a terminal
Currently im using debian and somehow it crashed and screwed lightdm and something up.

So I’ve enable NetworkManager.service(it was timing out for like an hour or so and somehow worked now)

Then I’ve tried

However nmcli dev wifi list showed nothing
However iwlist wlp2s0 s did show all the possible connections
After just continuing I got(last step)
Error: Connection activation failed: No suitable device found for this connection

Then i tried
wpa_passphrase wifiname password and wpa_supplicant <>
And it gave
ioctl[SIOCSIWSCAN]: Device or resource busy
...
wlps2p: Association request with device failed
[...loop]

Any idea how should I fix this problem? I booted using xdm but it couldn’t connect to any networks, stucked at searching networks for the gnome gui
