Hello I'M trying to download some video from youtube with youtube-dl when

I use -f flag to downlaod some specific quality it does not downlaod audio (which is because they're video only)
so how can I download a specific quality of video and also audio?

Inspect element, find the video container, find the resolution link you want, open link in New page, right click save. Keep in mind that just because you want a certain resolution doesn't mean you're going to find it,
