or higher,but it being called from python version 2.7.15c1
and when type command
pip install plasmay
There was this message:
Requirement already satisfied

I did these commands but not solved
Commands:
git clone https://github.com/rathalley/dnspython
cd dnspython/
python setup.py install
I could imported plasmapy in python 3.6 and 3.7
