Hi, Friends im php developer and user debian. i have a

problem for my php files permissions in apache web directory.
I need change my files to 644 and folders to 755 for upload to hosts with right permissions.
But with thes permissions i have problem in local.
with this permissions in local i can owner of files and folder. its ok i can change read and excute files.
But apache or php can not create file in directories like upload image or new file.
How can i fix this problem?!
