5. Invalid: Ubuntu does not require this data to be sent to them. The user has the choice to send it or not. The data is also anonymous and is nothing more than the data that people share all the time with screenshots of neofetch. This is not at all "compromising privacy" in any way.

7. invalid because Ubuntu provides a Vanilla version of GNOME with none of their customizations.
so 5 out of 7 of these are invalid and not a reason to tell people to not use Ubuntu.
