The problem is deepin is the only distro which mixed

proprietary programs (not only drivers, most of other distroes just include some drivers and microcode) in their main repo.

They can put WPS on there main repo, so they may put anything they want to it.

So what's the point of existence of "non-free"?
deepin is such a distro you can't and should not trust.
