They differ in repositories Ubuntu uses apt Fedora uses yum
if you intend to learn red hat based distro use fedora. if you just started using linux, use ubuntu. however don't really sweat the details. try it yourself
I would suggest atergOs for noob
Fedora is RHEL testing ground. It's a more bleeding edge distro with the latest packages. I've heard the gnome 3 experience on it is very good. And Ubuntu LTS or Linux Mint would be ideal for a noob
You will find many anti Ubuntu users here 😂 Yes its been very controversial But it did open Linux to many.
