don't know much about servers and related things, how should I start? I'm trying to do this because my country lack a good and reliable servers.

Best option is to re-rent usually. Diving headfirst in to server administration isn't something you want to do.

The best option would be to hire someone who has good knowledge(sysadmin) . You may also need a networking guy. Which country are you from?
