Anyone that is good at Realm? I don't understand how

to properly update list of items, this code snippet takes very long to execute:
realm.query<NewsReportDto>("title == $0", param)
.find()
.forEach { oldNewsReportDto ->
realm.write {
findLatest(oldNewsReportDto)?.apply {
title = objectToInsert.title
description = objectToInsert.description
}
}
}
