Comment out all your PPA and non standard package repo, then run the update again

these packages are not from any ppa, they are from ubuntu itself. look closely
Does not matter. Remove all potential conflict, then run the update again. If it still conflict, then it is much easier to troubleshoot

I know I can fix these by manual installation. but I want to know why this happens
