and have shared some good material before too.
That doesn't mean that you've to act like all entitled whenever somebody new asks a question here. You can ignore and maybe somebody else will reply to that person.

Also, what exactly do you expect the purpose of this group to be?
Since it's not specialised in any way, there will be lot of participants at different levels of expertise.

If the questions are better suited for crossvalidated or stackexchange, point them there. You don't need to unload your sarcasm on top of them.

That is fine. I just asked a question. If I get an answer then that is cool, if not then I'll just continue to look for one elsewhere. :)
