Who uses Scikit-Learn Library much?

I was reading the document some time back. I read the technical aspect but some of the applications of the functions don't seem to have real world examples if that makes sense.

Ok..if u want to understand the ins and outs of NN then Andrew Ng is there for u...he teaches it very well
