Did you find out which? Seems to me it's not 100% one size fits all, and would depend on the type of DL tasks you're working on, (CNN vs RNN etc) where you may need to prioritize different hardware features, like FLOPS, memory bandwidth, half precision support, ECC memory etc But seems like for the consumer market 2080TI and RTX Titan currently have best DL performance enterprise/academia there's also Tesla series (and Quadro but seems like Quadro is more optimized for rendering, + you'd pay premium for premium features like ECC)
