Or: they told me to use apt-get, but it is just showing what the help command is. To use apt-get basically because I have packages that have not dependencies.
It seems that in Software and Updates from System some things are checked, some unchecked, and it seems weird.
Never mind, I can use virtual machine and install the latest iso of Lubuntu. I hope that would work. In any way, I am like off with Lubuntu as soon as I finish this task. What do you think? To use a live CD of some ISO or VM or to fix this Lubuntu errors, but how?
Idk, maybe do a clean install ig I'd suggest Linux mint or fedora or endeavour os instead
i found this on the web: Check your network connection. The upgrade process requires an internet connection, so make sure that your computer is connected to the internet and that your DNS settings are correct. Remove any third-party repositories. Third-party repositories can sometimes cause problems with upgrades, so it's a good idea to remove them before you try to upgrade. You can do this by opening the Software & Updates application and unchecking the boxes next to any third-party repositories. Run sudo apt-get update. This will update your package lists and make sure that you have the latest versions of all the packages that are needed for the upgrade. Try upgrading again. Once you've checked your network connection, removed any third-party repositories, and updated your package lists, you can try upgrading again. If you're still having problems, you can try the following: Upgrade from a live CD or USB drive. If you have a live CD or USB drive with the latest version of Lubuntu, you can boot from it and upgrade your system from there. This will bypass any problems that you might be having with your installed system. Reinstall Lubuntu. If you're still having problems, you can always reinstall Lubuntu. This will erase all of your data, so make sure to back it up first.
What GPU?
Wait nevermind, you fucked system python didn't you.
And this is why you don't fuck with system python
Sounds like the problem is with the GUI you are using to run the update, use apt-get on the command line instead
The problem is the dude operated on system python and now it doesn't match the rest of the OS.
This was a solution, not a clean install. It worked. Thanks.
