Hmm, try to import your account into My Near Wallet using your device and retry. If it fails again, then the issue is definitely on the device side ( either wrong app opened / device is locked or something is wrong with the connection )
No issue from the device side
Just checked the same wallet app with my device, it works. And the "Invalid channel" error is definitely about communication with Ledger
