Thanks Sorry if i am asking questions but i am

trying to make an article. It is ok if the answer is not yet known.
Now, if the treasury is in loss, what happen to who voted NO to a project. he is just not slashed? I mean he took the right decision but how he can get some 'price' if the treasury is in loss?

If the decision of a governor did not lead to losses, that is, he simply voted to refuse to finance a particular project, he is not threatened with slashing. Punishing users who made the right decision would be strange, wouldn't it? 😅
