Im already participating in marketing dao with my pwr, but

because of that, i cannot vote for the Power Protocol marketing campaign, because my pwr is locked up

shouldnt i still have ability to vote if i have my pwr staked/locked ? do i need to exit marketing dao to vote for this proposal ?

is this really by design ?

Of course it's possible! But only after the completion of the KPI period. For example, Waves DAO is just completing it for the last few days :)

Hello Zee! Yes, unfortunately at the moment, to participate in the Mother DAO, you must have uncommitted $POWER. Regarding your second question... That's right, when the DAO is launched, you will only be able to uncommit your funds when the KPI period ends.
