At the moment, the committing of $POWER tokens is suspended, but within two weeks this feature will become available again on the Waves DAO page: https://app.power.tech/dao/3PEwRcYNAUtoFvKpBhKoiwajnZfdoDR6h4h And yes, to make a commit, $POWER will initially need to be staked on our website :)

Hmm... assuming you voted in the DAO Proposals, the reward should have shown up! Maybe it's a cache error in your browser? Try to clean it up, and be sure to save your account login information, as autofill data and possibly a SEED phrase may be lost after this action.

If you plan to take part in the next one, just leave your $POWER committed to Waves DAO :) Also, very soon you will have the opportunity to commit new funds, in other words, increase the strength of your vote and profitability! 😌
