Bot is admin of channel and user makes join request, but doesn't receive updateBotChatInviteRequester it's also other problem. When request is accepted appears UpdateChannelParticipant as you see and then this spam after that also getdiffrencerequest

I think this spam occurs periodically when bot is admin of channel
