Hi 👋 Long time no see Hope u guys are doing

well.

My web data was erased and my near wallet was logged in there but after few days when I tried my assets on my address it showed up that " there is no wallet exist with this name"
And when I tried to login it said the same.
I have recovery link on my gmail as well but nothing worked out.
Any solution from your end ?

The email recovery method was ceased for a while now due to security reasons. I don’t use so I’m not sure about the flow but you can also try submit a ticket to the wallet team here https://nearhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
