If CoinEx has its own insurance fund then it will be easier to recover that part which the exchange, project partners and law enforcement can not recover. However I believe this may take time. I am not big player on CoinEX, I have around 10k USDT that can not withdraw at all which is frustrating of course, this blockage broke a few deals for us today already, but hopefully it will be fixed eventually and they will learn a very good lesson and put more preventative measures.

Yes but kuCoin is the 4th crypto exchange by volume , which means that had more funds and coinex is like the 64 which menas that they dont have as many funds that kuCoin to keep the exchange working

LOL Do you know what is viabtc? the fourth biggest bitcoin mining pool in the world! and guess what? coinex is product from the viabtc in additional just check the viabtc foundation investment portfolio , compare it with the kucoin (at that time)
