Dunno about you but I've been suffering since last night. No food, no sleep no fun. My life is ruined. The thing is not questioning the CoinEx team's efforts, the thing is questioning the team themselves. That's what scares the shit out of us all. It may not matter to those who say "Be patient, I trust CoinEx" because they either have nothing on the exchange or only 20$ and losing that in case CoinEx collapses(God forbid) won't affect their lives. It's us who are suffering because for some reason our life savings are on the line right now. It's been a day and the only thing we see from their channel is 3 messages about tracking the hackers addresses. The team needs to act faster and work harder or they will lose us as costumers.

It's not that easy to build reputation as I know Coinex worked so hard since 2017 but by suspending withdrawal services, they're losing trust in many costumers. At least they should open withdrawal services for like 12 hours or a day and give the users the right to stay or leave! They cannot have us here by holding our assets hostages. If they give us that choice, they'll gain that trust again. The trust that's lost now! Please send ny message on behalf of many users to the technical team and CoinEx and be our voice! our message is : " Please open withdrawal services for 12-24 hours and give the users the right to stay or leave, then once the 24 hours is over, you can suspend the withdrawal services and work on these issues. This way, after opening withdrawal services, even there will be people who will stay because they will trust you again because at the moment, you are the suspect in our eyes, not the hackers" Please send it to the team. I really hope so. The team needs to give us a choice after this catastrophic event, stay or lose. That will build trust again. Maybe, I will decide to stay if they give us 24hours time to stay or leave. They can keep working on whatever they're doing after 24 hours deadline is over. Please tell the team this. Copy pasting won't build trust that's already lost. People want to withdraw, on the contrary, there are people who want to have their frozen assets deposited on their spot account.
