Can team dev lower the claim fee??

Fix me if im wrong,sir. 1. Airdrop Will be completed distribute in next 2 week. 2. Airdrop send to locked balance in https://app.power.tech/profile (must Link address to see balance if it already distributed) 3. Airdrop locked for 2 weeks. after 2 weeks, user can unlock it with 0.005 waves fee.. Correct ?!
