The Near blockchain operating system is very much operational. You can check out news on different products on different chains have built their front end on the B.O.S. It's not exactly like you will have Android or IOS running on the B.O.S because the B.O.S is for blockchain system. But the goal is anything blockchain can run on the B.O.S and that's up to the whole ecosystem out there to build, not directly from Near Foundation or Pagoda.
