You are correct, to run a proposal under the MotherDAO you need 1 $PWR staked at the PowerDAO protocol. The token should be in staking and not committed in one of the Chaild DAOs👌

Kindly use direct link for authorization: https://app.power.tech/profile Then you should press the Stake button at the Staking section in your Profile. After that, specify the amount of $PWR tokens in the opened window and click the Stake button again
