First off, market discussion in any detail is not within the purview of this channel, so let's not go down that road. However, by definition, during a bear market (downward trend) more people (or rather, money) sell, than buy. As soon as people turn greedy, and start buying -> transition into a bull market. Also, industry sentiment is one thing, market price movement is another. The two might correlate from time to time, but they are not the same.
